Shannon May has been a CPA for more than 30 years, including a decade running her own practice in Glendive, Montana. Just over six years ago, her daughter Lindsay joined the practice, and together they became The Consulting Den — combining three decades of accounting experience with a fresh set of hands and new ways of working. Since then, the firm has grown into more than 430 clients: small business owners, individuals, and families, both in our home community and increasingly, all across the country.

Shannon is a CPA with more than 30 years of experience, including 10 years running her own practice in Glendive before she and Lindsay joined forces to become The Consulting Den. She still leads our Glendive office today.
Lindsay has worked alongside her mother for just over six years, helping grow The Consulting Den into the firm it is today. She works remotely from Colorado, supporting clients nationwide, and is one exam away from earning her Enrolled Agent (EA) credential.
